⭕️ Tour cancellations must be requested 48 hours or more in advance of the tour start time to receive an 80% refund of the amount paid.
⭕️ The remaining 20% is fixed and non-refundable, as it covers administrative expenses, transactional taxes, and operational brokerage costs derived from managing your reservation.
⭕️ If the client cancels within the last 48 hours, does not show up, or arrives after the agreed time, it will be considered a "no show," and no refund of the money paid will be granted.
⭕️ If one or more people in a group do not attend the tour, the deposit paid for those individuals will not be refunded and cannot be used as partial payment for any outstanding balance.
⭕️ Date modifications must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Rates may vary according to the season; in such cases, the client must pay the difference.
⭕️ For cancellations caused by force majeure, we will require supporting documentation to justify the cancellation. The final decision will be made by the tour/excursion operating company.
⭕️ All tours depart rain or shine. The tour will only be suspended under prolonged conditions that make the departure unsafe or if maritime authorities declare a "red flag."
⭕️ Images shown are real representations of the destinations. Being natural and open environments, factors such as weather, tide, seasonality, or lighting may cause the perception of the landscape to vary.
⭕️ Services and itineraries are coordinated by external operators and may be subject to last-minute changes. As the sales agency, we strive to keep information up to date; however, the final service may vary from the information shown in our catalog.
⭕️ All cancellation or modification requests must be sent in writing to info@descubrecartagena.com or via our official WhatsApp. Business hours for managing these requests are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
⭕️ These rules are based on the cancellation policies of our partner companies; therefore, final decisions, processes, and refund timelines will depend on those companies.
