⭕️ Tour cancellations must be requested 48 hours or more in advance of the tour start time, recovering 80% of the value paid. The remaining 20% ​​correspond to administrative expenses.

⭕️ If the client cancels their reservation within the last 48 hours, does not show up or arrives outside the agreed time, it will be considered a "no show" and they will not be entitled to a refund of the money paid.

⭕ If in a group one or more people do not attend the tour, the deposit paid by said people will not be refunded nor can it be used as part of payment of the outstanding balance.

⭕️ Date modifications must be made 48 hours or more in advance and are subject to availability. The rate may vary according to the season, in which case the client will have to pay the difference.

⭕️ For cancellations caused by force majeure, we will request proof documents to support the cancellation. The final decision will be made by the tour/excursion operating company.

⭕️ All tours leave even in the rain. The tour will only be suspended when there are prolonged conditions that make the departure unsafe or if the maritime authorities declare a red flag.

⭕️ These rules are based on the cancellation policies of each of our partner companies, therefore the decisions made, processes and refund times will ultimately depend on said companies.
